My clinical experience of 16 years includes working in community mental health, school-based therapy, and a private practice setting, using techniques from interpersonal therapy, DBT, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, EMDR, and ERP. I have extensive experience in treating trauma, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, OCD, to name a few.
