Welcome, if you are having personal struggles that are impacting your well-being and motivation, I am here to help you manage this. I specialize in short-term counseling and offer Therapy Intensive sessions. Short-term counseling includes 6-8 sessions or as little as 4-5 sessions depending on your needs. Sometimes you just need to let it all out, my Therapy Intensive sessions are two hours long and provide you the time to exhale your stress. Therapy Intensives are less frequent, sometimes held every 3-4 months.
I am a bilingual therapists with over 20 years of experience. I offer therapy sessions for Texans via teletherapy, phone, or in person at my Killeen, Texas office.
