Attainable goals are: Help people move from an unnatural way of living to a natural way of living, by prioritizing mental health, in daily living; Surrendering to the illusion of control; and/or Learning.
Rapport needs to be established in order to develop an honest and open therapeutic relationship. Helping the individual recognize when they are restless, irritable, and discontent in order to tailor treatment - specifically for that individuals needs. If applicable, I offer Ketamine Assisted Infusion Therapy.
In order for change, there must be action. Action requires a willingness and awareness that the individuals life has become unmanageable. Without the action and awareness, the individual will not live a life of harmony with themselves and those around them. There needs to be honest appraisal that change is required.
