I utilize an eclectic counseling approach drawing upon a variety of counseling interventions when working with clients with a specific focus on Gestalt Therapy (unfinished business-insight), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (irrational thoughts), and Person Centered Therapy (compassionate facilitator).
