Immediate Openings for Sessions beginning August 24th! I am here to help you navigate and work through a wide variety of concerns, including stress management, men's issues, anxiety, and depression. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and accepted. Therapy is a collaborative process so let's team up and work together!
I mainly structure therapy through an existential lens, meeting clients where they are and working towards a more fulfilling and comfortable life.
