My training and experience as a social worker and therapist spans the cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing, family systems, attachment, and trauma-informed care theories and modalities. I follow a humanistic approach that focuses on building a relationship of trust with each client that is founded on respect and empathy.
My passion for the work of therapy comes, in part, from my own experiences, both positive and negative, on the client side. I also draw on a varied prior professional career. What brought you here?
