I advocate a well-rounded lifestyle as a professional counselor and in my personal life, and believe that overcoming any life problem requires a lifestyle change. I have a wide range of mental health competencies, and uses empirically based - or scientifically proven - methods. Hours are set to most convenience my client's and only a limited number of clients are accepted at one time in order to commit to their progress.
I primarily specializes in males, but I'm absolutely qualified and open to working with females in all of my capacities as well. My rationale for supplementary training in males comes from the understanding that males tend to exhibit mental health symptoms differently than females. I also utilize video therapy as an option for my clients.
