About
Dissecting, exploring, and discovering yourself and/or relationship is deeply rewarding. As your therapist, I will offer a welcoming space where you can unpack your feelings and embark on a healing path. I will impart with you, your partner(s), and/or family a safe, inclusive, and engaging therapeutic experience. As your therapist I am your co-pilot and you, the pilot(s). You will lead me to the path that you want to discover and explore. I in turn, will assist you in reflection, decision making, redirection and restructure towards change, healing strategies, movement, growth and new paradigm shifts.
Cognizant of multiple realities that shift and differ pertaining to one's life experiences, socioeconomic status, citizenship, gender, ethnicity, and race, I apply evidence-based practices to assist you in navigating through multiple forms of anxiety, depression, grief/loss relationship/couples issues, family strain, substance dependency/abuse and traumas.
