I was born in San Diego, CA and raised in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I am a first-generation college graduate and mother of 3 young children. I work with adults and youth ages 12 and up. I am especially passionate about serving the Latino Community and can provide services in Spanish as it is my first language.
My calling is to walk alongside you to bring health and healing into your life story. I believe that we are all capable of change and growth. I strive to create a safe, inclusive and trusting environment with you as you work through anxiety, depression, processing past trauma, and navigating relationships.
