Colibri Counseling & Consulting, PLLC (established in 2021) provides therapy for anxiety, grief, trauma, caregivers, and individuals adjusting to life transitions. Clinical experience includes early childhood mental health, the autism community, veterans, and crisis counseling in the ER, along with being part of clinical leadership. We offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard and empowered while navigating personal needs and caregiving responsibilities, whether raising a child, caring for an aging parent, or both.
We are licensed mental health providers (LPC, LCSW's) who practice from a variety of methods such as CBT, CPT, EMDR, psycho-dynamic, existential, strengths-based, person-centered. We believe you are the agent of your own healing. We treat the whole person and will meet you were you are at.
Christina has worked as a preschool teacher and has lived experience as a caregiver. Ken, our LCSW, is a veteran and a retired law enforcement officer. We both believe that trauma either in childhood or on the job can shape ones life. We look forward to working with you and being apart of your wellness and growth!
