I have been practicing for over 30 years. I am currently licensed in California and Arizona. I specialize in helping people work through difficult areas in their lives, which are often relationships; all sorts of relationships. While marriage can be the most challenging relationship anyone will ever experience, it can also be the most rewarding. I help people learn to communicate more effectively and overcome any barriers or traumas that may be interfering with this communication. I will help you identify how to find more satisfaction in your life and your relationships and how to experience peace and happiness within yourself.
I also specialize in treating people with depression and anxiety. These mood disorders can be debilitating and they can prevent you from fully participating in your life. I can help you to learn how to manage these feelings and to develop a stronger sense of satisfaction within your life.
