Being human is very difficult in today's world, especially if you grew up with overwhelmed caretakers or systems that weren't able to pass on the tools you needed. This can lead to living in a way that disconnects us from our bodies and emotions. Our work will lay the foundation for you to come home to yourself.
We will put words to the patterns and pain points that prevent peace. You will practice existing in alignment with your self and find compassion, ease, and joy. I believe in the empowerment of individuals and communities and pay particular attention to the forces that act on us due to gender, sex, race, culture, class, ability, weight, and orientation.

Sober-ish Support Group (Virtual)
(GROUP ON HIATUS 9/20/24) Get real support as you navigate getting/staying sober(ish) from whatever compulsive behavior you want to change (booze, romantic intrigue, codependency, shopping, drugs, etc.) You don‘t need to quit everything forever. You just need to know what you've been doing isn't working. Often at the core of compulsive use is never having learned how to truly be present with ourselves and uncomfortable feelings. We will emphasize mindfulness, deep processing, and community as integral parts of recovery.
