With years of experience, I bring a range of skills to help people navigate life’s toughest challenges. My practice is broad, serving people facing trauma, anxiety, complex grief, as well as adapting to life changes. I’m trained in EMDR therapy, an effective method for addressing PTSD, Complex PTSD, and anxiety. EMDR is also a powerful tool for working through emotional blocks and practicing new skills to help you move forward in life.
I also offer Sandplay therapy, a creative, in-depth approach that taps into deep emotional healing using sand and miniatures. This Jungian-based method complements my work with clients, whether they’re dealing with longstanding trauma or facing everyday stress.
I participate in ongoing training to ensure I bring the most current and effective practices to my clients. My practice is flexible, and I work with people from all backgrounds.
