My name is Coleen Lehigh and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor working in private practice here in Saco Maine. My 15 years in the communication field, extensive life experience and clinical training provide a comprehensive foundation for my dynamic and holistic counseling. I have experience treating adolescents, adults, and couples struggling with mood disorders, relationship issues, grief and codependency.
I incorporate an eclectic approach that easily adapts to the uniqueness of each person. In addition to utilizing cognitive behavioral modalities, a biopsychosocialspiritual approach of mind, body, and spirit offers a theoretical foundation that recognizes the total individual.
