My name is Cole Szabo, and I've worked with adolescents, young adults and their families since 2015. My approach is rooted in attachment and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My clients feel safe, seen, soothed and secure in session. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults who are having problems related to depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, adoption, process or substance use addictions or having problems in school. After working in residential treatment for 10 years I have transitioned to private practice and use a relational, attachment based approach to healing.

My work is about more than just symptom relief—it's about connection, self-awareness, and lasting transformation.
