I have previous experience working in community mental health crisis response, short term residential, and in home therapy settings. Some of the most common diagnoses I have worked with are ADHD, Autism, Anxiety Disorders, Major Depressive Disorder, Bi Polar Disorder, Mood Disorders, Trauma Disorders, and Substance Use.
My clinical approach is focused on collababoration of what individuals and families want to work on from the start using solution focused and systemic approachs. Depending on the age, individual, and family I incorporate a variety of CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, Self Regulation, Role Playing, and Play Therapy techniques into sessions.
I enjoy spending time with family, nature walks with my dog, cooking, painting, reading, gaming, and whatever the latest project I’m working on at my house is.
