I specialize in ADHD and ASD (Autism) and also treat obsessions and compulsions, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem concerns, and depression. In practice, I use cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance/commitment therapy. I greatly enjoy working with both children and adults in this approach. Additionally, I also have a considerable background in performing arts and sports.

I provide services with an eclectic approach in mind utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Emotion Focused Therapy.
