Colby is passionate about life and about helping others to discover that same passion. He recognizes that we all go through life experiences that shape and form us into who we are today. Through those experiences, we can become stuck, discouraged, overwhelmed, feeling helpless, and hopeless. This can keep us from being able to maximize our happiness and joy. Colby uses a combination of therapy modalities to help us understand why we are the way we are, come to accept who we are, and then challenge ourselves to become our best self through intrapersonal and interpersonal growth.
Colby has specialized training in Sex Addiction (CSAT-Candidate) and Betrayal Trauma (CPTT-Candidate). He has also completed his level 1 training for Internal Family Systems Therapy. I specialize in the treatment of sexually compulsive behavior and intimacy disorders as well as overcoming trauma an individual experiences.
