We offer a comfortable space where you can come and vent about life's issues and gain insight and clarity. Our current areas of focus include issues of sex and pornography addiction, anxiety, depression, ADHD testing, as well as a safe place where we can talk about anything.
I use an eclectic approach to counseling, drawing from a number of therapeutic techniques which are tailored to each unique client. The main form of counseling that is used is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I want clients to think about their thinking and we will delve into this "Thinking" process together.

Our group is dedicated to providing a safe and welcoming space for healing and growth. Together, we can navigate the journey toward sobriety. We are using Patrick Carnes’ Gentle Path Through the 12-Steps Workbook to help guide our Therapeutic discussions and give accountability to anyone wanting to progress through their own 12 step work with pornography and sexual addiction.
