My passion is in helping you lift the burden you’ve been carrying and truly see and hear your story. You don't need a reason to start therapy, sometimes you just need someone to talk with and process life and all of its twists and turns. As an attachment therapist, we’ll look at how your symptoms are not a reflection of some personal flaw, but rather as a symptom of a larger relational problem. My goal is to become a safe and consistent attachment figure for you.

I specialize in helping you navigate life’s challenges through a compassionate and evidence-based approach. We’ll work together to uncover underlying patterns and develop practical tools for healing and growth. By exploring your unique story and building a strong therapeutic alliance, we can work towards greater emotional well-being & a more fulfilling life.
