Many people struggle with feeling like they need to push through and avoid the hurt and stress they’ve been carrying to be strong. My passion is in helping you lift the burden you’ve been carrying and truly see and hear your story. You don't need a reason to start therapy; sometimes you just need someone to talk to and process relationship struggles or even current events. As an attachment therapist, we’ll look at how your symptoms are not a reflection of some personal flaw, but rather as a symptom of a larger relational problem. My goal is to become a safe and consistent attachment figure for you.

We’ll work together to recognize underlying patterns & develop practical tools for healing and growth.
