I work with LGBTQIA+, transgender, neurodivergent, kink/BDSM, and polyamory/ENM adults and partners who want therapy that is affirming, collaborative, and grounded in their actual lives. My approach is collaborative and consent-based. We may use narrative therapy, parts work, somatic grounding, mindfulness, communication skills, and emotion regulation strategies to help you understand patterns, reduce shame, and build choices that fit your life. I work at your pace and aim to create a space where you do not have to defend who you are.
