As a couples & sex therapist, I work with a variety of concerns such as improving direct communication, rebuilding intimacy, navigating mismatched sexual desire, repair from infidelity, exploring kink & BDSM dynamics with care, opening up one's relationship to polyamory/other consensual non-monogamy configurations, and pelvic and sexual pain.
