Cognizant Behavioral Health Services is a group composed of highly skilled, compassionate and caring professionals including board certified psychiatrists, licensed psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and licensed professional counselors to provide services for children, adolescents, and adults. We accept all of the major insurances. We work with individuals (5 years and up), families, and couples. We are accepting new patients and evening appointments are available.
