That means we see you not just as an individual, but in the context of your story, your culture, your ancestors, and the systems you’ve had to navigate. Many of the people are carrying more than just personal pain — they’re carrying intergenerational wounds, cultural expectations, or the weight of having to survive in systems not built for them.

We work from a place that challenges pathologizing models of therapy & instead centers your dignity, agency, & lived experience. Our role isn’t to fix you but to hold space with compassion, help you reconnect with your inner wisdom, & honor the resilience you already carry. We use body-based practices such as EMDR, Polyvagal, Brainspotting, & Somatic Work.
