Are you feeling overwhelmed, fearful or "stuck" due to stress or trauma? Trauma and chronic, overwhelming stress can trigger debilitating symptoms such as feeling overwhelmed, scared, irritable, spacey or moody. Together we can make sense of your past and present to help you feel more motivated, focused and calmer in the future.
I help trauma survivors develop tools to manage symptoms, support them in processing and making sense of difficult experiences, identify ways these events continue to impact them, and help them create healthier ways of moving through life. I assist clients experiencing Burnout rebalance their lives, set healthier boundaries and prioritize self-care.
I have been constantly amazed over the 20+ years I have worked in this field by clients' ability to face and overcome experiences and fears they felt they could never confront. If you have reached a point that you feel your past is catching up with you or your daily life feels like too much, I would love to meet with you to discuss how we can work together.
