Connections Counseling strives to make mental health services available to everyone. Connections began in-part due to the restrictions which resulted from the Coronavirus. But this service also targets those who are faced with restrictions related to transportation issues, lack of childcare, health problems, mobility problems, and distance problems which often makes obtaining needed services very difficult. Phone and video sessions are very effective. Insurance companies are promoting them. Video is secure, HIPAA complaint. My services cover Virginia residents, in any part of Virginia.
