I have been an evidence based practitioner since the early 2000s, and, along with CBT, I use an integrative approach to meet you where you are. With my experience, I have become a specialist in several different areas: Anxiety; Parent Guidance; Life Transitions; Difficulty with Medical Diagnoses; Gender Dysphoria/Questioning, LGBTQ, and Eating Disorders.
