Everyone deserves to thrive - not just survive. This is the ultimate goal for the majority of people but we all have different obstacles to overcome in the process. Often the obstacles are too overwhelming to face alone or a person may feel "stuck" in one mindset and need help seeing alternatives.

I have 16+ years of experience in helping children, adolescents, teens, adults and families in dealing with everything from day-to-day struggles all they way to life-altering trauma. My approach is primarily Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), however I incorporate many other techniques that allows me to provide more personalized treatment.
