It is my heartfelt desire to assist you in connecting with your authentic self and rediscovering a deep sense of well being. I am empathetic, spiritual, thoughtful, interactive, and dedicated to your deepest healing. I work with individuals and couples, empowering them to create loving, healthy relationships. I practice a blend of techniques, including EMDR, gestalt, person centered and spiritual psychology. I also provide supervision for LMFT graduate interns and post-graduate associates.
I hold a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology with an emphasis in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. I have worked in academic counseling and at a non-profit mental health agency. I've been in private practice since 2006 and absolutely love it.
