I enjoy working with individuals and couples who are suffering from the effects of trauma and attachment wounds.
I love joining with families and children who are facing behavioral challenges and helping them to grieve, problem-solve, and begin enjoying each other again.
My experience as an in-home therapist and clinical supervisor for children who are at risk of being removed from their home has given me a wealth of experience and tools to share with families and I am willing to coach parents and children in the home when needed.
I have special training in EMDR, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and in working with individuals who have dissociative disorders. I utilize Emotion Focused Therapy(EFT) with couples.
I believe that my role as a therapist is to come alongside individuals and help them to become the hero of their OWN story. My approach is supportive, honest, and client directed.
