My approach tailors an effective and empathic treatment to meet each client's needs through Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavior Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have experience treating people suffering from anxiety, depression, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders and personality disorders within specific treatment interventions specifically tailored to these populations. It's important to me to deliver treatments that I believe in and hold passion toward - I enjoy sharing that with my clients!
Empowering my clients and partnering to find opportunities for improved self-worth and, most excitingly, self-awareness is my bread and butter. I value the potential behind getting to know each client as we join in self-exploration through a blend of three core modalities.

Cinema Therapy Group
Do you love watching and discussing movies? Would you like to learn skills to improve your emotional regulation, interpersonal effectiveness, and distress tolerance? Are you interested in using theme, character development, imagery, and dialogue from movies to inform and make sense of your own life experiences? Cinema therapy group may be for you! Group launch August 24th, 2023 . This group will likely run for 8 weeks and is completely virtual. Group cost is $40/group and is open to adults ages 18+ in Pennsylvania.
