*Not currently accepting new clients*. Are you having difficulty adjusting to a recent life transition? Are you wondering if what you are feeling might be signs of depression or anxiety? Have you experienced trauma that you want to better understand & work through? If so, individual psychotherapy might be helpful in improving your daily life. Deciding to begin therapy is life changing and finding a therapist with whom you can connect is a large part of achieving successful therapy. In my practice, I hope to provide a safe, non-judgmental environment where we can identify and achieve your goals.
I have experience working with young adults, adults, and couples. I have extensive experience working in Trauma treatment. I completed the PSI and 2020Mom Professional Maternal Mental Health Certificate training. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and use methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy & mindfulness based practices in sessions.
