I often work with the nervous system to honor how you have survived what life has given you, metabolize trauma, and allow new ways of coping to emerge. My hope is to support you in being more present, joyful and fully alive. I believe in the capacity of the human spirit to survive and thrive through transitions and life’s challenges.
