My clients are primarily adolescents and adults experiencing relationship difficulties, parenting issues, marital distress, academic and behavioral difficulties, trauma symptoms and/or depressive & anxious moods. I am the owner of Mindful Balance Therapy Center, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, and a Certified LifeForce Yoga Practitioner. I have over 10 years' experience as a therapist, with many post-graduate courses completed on the topic of mindfulness in therapy. Services and approach are tailored to each client, including the use of mindfulness tools.
