Announcement icon To respond to COVID-19, I see clients via teletherapy however, should an in-person visit be desired, standard precautions will be followed.
As a social worker, I firmly hold the belief that meeting my clients were they're at and supporting their decisions is vital to our work together. It's for this reason that my ideal client is someone who has some understanding of their mental health and is ready and willing to make changes. My ideal client is some who might be struggling with depression, anxiety, OCD, trauma, mood/personality disorders, and are looking to improve their mental health by using the natural power of nutrition and lifestyle changes.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Certified Mental Health Integrative Medicine Provider (CMHIMP), I bring a unique perspective to client care. I help my clients improve their mental and physical health by using a combination of nutrition and talk therapy. I use this integrative approach along with other approaches like CBT, ERP, EMDR and more.
I want to recognize your decision to look for a therapist. Life doesn't always go according to plan, and asking for help isn't always the easiest thing; I've been there too. There's not one way to do therapy and that's the beauty of the process. I'm inviting you to take the next step; reach out to me today and let's see if we're a good fit. Talk to you soon!
