Announcement icon I am offering video tele-health sessions and I am accepting new clients.
My clients find it empowering to not just talk about a problem but also to create ways of coping through learning new skills and allowing new perspectives. I help clients who want to be truly authentic. Sexuality and the pursuit of our sexual health is important as we strive to integrate our expression into our relationships. I help individuals incorporate their true selves into their relationships. My specialties are sexual problems, issues of sexual identity/orientation, consensual non-monogamy, out of control sexual behavior more commonly known as sex or porn addiction.
I work from a sexual health model which doesn't pathologize sexuality. I offer LGBTQ, kink, and poly-aware and knowledgable services. I'm a certified sex therapist through AASECT the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists.
When striving to be authentic there are times when we recognize a source of discomfort blocking our expression. Exploring and clarifying that space can help identify what you'r wanting more of in your life and developing strategies to cope, overcome and integrate sexual health principles into your life and relationships.
