Most often we seek therapy because something in life just isn’t working. Maybe you feel depressed, anxious or suicidal; maybe you’ve experienced trauma or extreme stress. We will focus on validating your life experiences, while giving space your emotions and building on your existing skills to reduce distressing thoughts and increase self-compassion!
