The decision to begin therapy and the process of finding a therapist can be challenging, but ultimately extremely rewarding. I am an experienced therapist who understands that the most powerful things in life are often the simplest: to listen attentively, whole-heartedly, and with openness and compassion. I am committed to creating a safe, comforting space where you feel free to be yourself.
I am a generalist, although I specialize in helping individuals recover from current or past traumas. I use an integrated approach that draws from several different methodologies, including ACT, CBT, mindfulness and trauma focused. As your therapist, it is my goal to empower you to draw from your own life experiences and strengths.
I am currently accepting clients in Maryland for telehealth appointments. Please call or email to schedule a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation or schedule an appointment.
