Cognitive behavioral therapy in its various forms is central to my practice, with a focus on thoughts and behaviors. Therapy is an active, collaborative process and I invite clients to participate as much as possible in their own treatment.
I’m low-key and practical, and can give specific ideas and tools you can use right away. I work with children, adolescents and adults. When I work with kids and teens, I always work with their families as well.
