Welcome to my practice. I provide compassionate, respectful therapy for individuals, couples, and families. Using strength based approaches, art and expressive therapies and a post modern framework we will work together to think about what challenges you, and what inner strengths you possess to overcome obstacles in order to reach your fullest potential. Today's modern world is complicated, and often difficult to navigate. We will explore possibilities that will enable you to think more creatively about solutions to difficult problems, allowing you to live more fully, more in the present and with greater joy and fulfillment.
I value and honor my relationship with clients. My extensive background in the arts, expressive therapies,and conflict resolution help to create an environment that allows for creative problem solving, new ways of understanding challenges, and healing. I look forward to working with you.
In 2007 I founded Artsbridge Inc., an organization working to bring together youth in conflict from the Middle East and the USA, utilizing the arts and dialogic practice. I am also adjunct faculty in the graduate Expressive Therapies program at Lesley University.
