Ongoing stresses, past trauma, or relationship issues can cause feelings of deep pain and isolation, but counseling can help you feel more capable, grounded, and heard. Together, we will work to connect you with your sense of meaning and decide which goals and approaches are most healing and effective for you. Heal trauma, and cultivate your natural strengths. (I refer concerns related to abuse of substances/medication, OCD and eating elsewhere.)
My humanistic/psychospiritual grounding creates a warm, safe space where you can unpack your concerns. I also use EFT, mindfulness, CBT and ACT to reduce or eliminate trauma/depression/anxiety symptoms. I use insight approaches to help connect you to your unique, evolving sense purpose.
Some of my specialties include loss and trauma, self-acceptance, parenting approaches, improved communication, career changes; finding purpose amidst struggles.
