With all my clients, I seek to help them pursue the full unfolding of their true self, and close the gap between their present reality and their ideal. My practice history involves the treatment of diverse clients, with a variety of life problems (e.g. depression, anxiety, marital/family problems, occupational/academic concerns, violence/aggression, substance abuse, sexual issues, financial issues, and grief). For multicultural families with youth 11-19, group psychotherapy in 3 parts; Self-expression for youth with risk prevention, youth development, and identity structuring; Adaptive Parent group where the focus is to improve awareness and practice of a pleasant authoritative style; and finally the Multiple Family Group where families are normalized and feel their strength.
