TELE-HEALTH (Virtual) VISITS Available: HAVE HOPE: Everyone who has led a valuable life has had really hard times, but the decision they made was that they didn't quit. Most lives that are well-lived have moments of courage, miracles, triumphs, and lessons learned. These same lives have heartache, unexpected disappointments and loss, and the discovery of our own character flaws. Life tends to be a combination of these things for most of us, and there are times we need encouragement and skills to stay on course and to remember that the plan for our life is good.
As a mental health counselor, I teach skills for managing anxious emotions, overcoming obstacles, finding hope, and taking positive steps towards relationships and goals. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy which helps people to clear away negative thoughts so their minds can work productively, and they can live life with courage. I am an EMDR clinician.
