The Center for Counseling and wellness, LLC is a growing group practice with a team of mental health clinicians that specialize in working with children, adolescents and adults. Our therapists strive to help empower clients to work with their own positive qualities, identify their strengths and make necessary changes. Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), solution focused and cognitive behavioral approaches to help people gain insight into their situations, work through obstacles, and move toward their goals of decreasing mental health symptoms and reeducing the impact of trauma. I am experienced in trauma centered and trauma sensitive yoga.
