As a therapist, I know that sometimes, you may just need someone to listen and walk through a difficult season in life with you. My goal is to help you tap into your own inner wisdom, so that you can heal, grow, and thrive- ultimately living a more fulfilling life.
My style is warm and accepting. I know that people often hurt when current situations tap into old wounds from the past. Therapy can help identify these areas of pain and then work towards healing. I have over fifteen years of experience working with clients who suffer from stress as a result of dating and relationship issues, trauma, depression and anxiety.
