We are a group of six dedicated Counselors whose priority is to provide compassionate, trauma-informed, holistic mental health care services. The collective is housed in a multidisciplinary clinic, sharing office space and working closely with Fairbanks Family Wellness and Golden Heart Heath and Wellness. It is our hope that you will be supported in an integrative environment that understands the mind-body connection. I provide a form of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) that combines standard "talk therapy" with Jungian-based tools and art/play therapy approaches that allow for greater exploration of the unconscious. With 25 years counseling experience using a variety of therapy techniques I have found this combination works far better than other approaches for getting good results. Caleb specializes in helping men work through sex addiction but provides counseling services for all kinds of addictions. Hello. I have a strong pull towards attachment-based and strength-based approach to therapy. I build upon this foundation with Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting (BSP) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR) as primary approaches, seeking to support insight and growth in clients who experience depression, dissociation, distress arising from trauma, attachment issues, and/or anxiety.

When we experience traumatic, intense or habitual stressors, we tend to wear down over time. Realizing something needs to change, we reach out for help.
