I primarily utilize techniques and approaches from EMDR, and am certified by the EMDR International Association. I also find my clients benefiting from exploring their family of origin as well as current family system to understand their core issues, and I have found the tools in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy very helpful for practical solutions for healing.
