I have worked in this field for 12 years with a variety of people. I am able to work with a large range of people with varying experiences. You will find me to be a direct, compassionate individual who will work to help you make actual change in your life.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for treating trauma which is also successful in treating many other issues. I am also trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is specifically focused on helping to improve relationships by helping people get out of their stuck patterns.
