The journey toward healing can sometimes feel lonely and overwhelming. People are wounded in relationships and, in turn, healed in relationships. I strongly believe that one of the most influential relationships for healing and growth can be the relationship between therapist and client. Therefore, I am committed to providing a safe,caring,non-judgmental therapeutic environment in which we work together, at your pace, to help you achieve your goals for healing and personal growth.I sincerely consider it a privilege to walk with you on this journey.

My practice focuses on the treatment of depression, anxiety & stress management, recovery from childhood abuse, PTSD, complex PTSD, Dissociative Disorders (including Dissociative Identity Disorder), eating disorders, domestic violence, sexual assault, grief and loss, relationship issues, divorce recovery, women's issues, and spiritual growth and concerns.

I approach psychotherapy from a holistic perspective, understanding that mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health is intimately intertwined. My theoretical focus combines an insight-oriented and relational approach. However, each person is unique with differing needs and goals, so I tailor my approach to meet the needs of the individual.
