I work with clients from adolescence through adulthood with a variety of life issues including anxiety, depression, and adjustment difficulties. I also work with people experiencing the effects of abuse and trauma. I use proven, evidence based techniques to create solutions for clients' needs, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and EMDR.
My goal is to help you to develop strengths and coping skills so that you can overcome obstacles and live a healthier life. I am a practicing Christian and offer faith-based counseling. I look forward to to the opportunity of working with you.
